NAECON 08 SUBMISSION PROCEDURES
Be
sure to read the entire page for complete instructions.
Prospective authors are invited to submit a (approximately) 50-word abstract (for publication in the conference program) and a 1000-word summary of their paper, or a full paper, (for review by the program committee) for consideration as lecture or poster presentation. Both lecture and poster submissions have the same value and presentation format is only chosen for suitability.
Submission is in electronic form via email to submit@.naecon.org
Acceptable formats for both the 1000-word short paper and the camera-ready
paper are: PDF, Microsoft Word (.doc).
A cover sheet of the camera-ready paper should identify and include information about the contact author (name, mailing address, phone, Fax, and email). Authors should obtain company and government clearances prior to submission of papers.
All 1000-word summary papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee and will be judged with respect to their quality, originality, and relevance. Upon acceptance of the paper, a full camera-ready paper should be prepared and submitted electronically via the conference website. It will be published in the conference proceedings, conditional upon the author's advance registration. Nominations will be solicited for the NAECON’s Innovation Leadership Award , and selection and conferring of the best student paper award, and other newly established awards will be celebrated. Abstracts, summary papers, and camera-ready papers must be received by the following dates to be considered or published.
